Locally owned and operated since 1959, Centerline Corporation is the largest manufacturer of aluminum products in the U.S. and British Virgin Islands. Our 12,000 square foot factory utilizes 21 punch presses, with punching capabilities of up to 30 tons.  In addition, our facility operates 3 industrial riveting machines which allow us to work with both stainless steel and aluminum fasteners.

 

Our experienced crews have installed well over ½ million square feet of hurricane shutters over the years in such diverse projects as: Hovensa, V.I.T.E.M.A. (Virgin Islands Territorial Emergency Management Administration), The National Guard Armory in St.Thomas, Holy Cross Catholic Church, O’Neale’s Transport, Banco Popular, The U.S. Attorney’s Office, Plaza Extra, St.Croix G.E.R.S. (Government Employees’ Retirement System), The Casino Control Commission, V.I. Port Authority, Schooner Bay Condominiums, St.Croix by the Sea Condominiums, Sugar Beach Condominiums, Topa Equities, Bellows International, West Indies Corp, Vitex Building, Tutu Park Mall, Sunshine Mall, Juan F. Luis Hospital as well as many more public, residential, and commercial properties throughout the region.

 

Ever mindful of the environment, Centerline Corporation recycles up to 30 tons of scrap aluminum per year - saving the energy equivalent of what it takes to produce several hundred tons of aluminum from natural sources.

 

Another source of pride is our affiliation with the nationally recognized ASSA, Inc. (American Shutter Systems Association, Inc.). The ASSA is a Dade County approved association with the largest selling accordion hurricane shutter system in South Florida.
